Sowing seeds in the IT-biz

Just a random guy, working some years in the IT-biz and seeing lots of stuff that did not work or was badly implemented. Unfortunately, I cannot make the ideas I come up with, Im just providing visions or “sowing the seeds”. Perhaps these ideas (or seeds) cannot be executed to their fullest extent but at least I can provide the big picture of what Im after.
